Shipping & Returns

The staff at Team Norse Thunder are committed to making sure orders are dispatched and delivered to you as quickly as possible. 

Order Dispatch 

Orders placed on a weekday will usually be dispatched the following day, while orders placed on a Saturday will usually be dispatched on the following Monday.

While we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed, please allow additional time on Bank Holidays or during Public Holidays. 

When we dispatch your order, you'll get an email to let you know and we'll also provide a copy of any tracking or dispatch information we receive from the Post Office or courier. 

Orders containing pre-order products (products not yet released according to the release date listed on their product page) will be dispatched once all items in the order are available.

You are able to cancel or amend your order at any time before it has been dispatched free of charge. You should email teamnorsethunder@outlook.com and explain the changes you'd like to make to your order and one of our team will carry out your request. 

UK Shipping

All orders placed for delivery within the UK will be sent using a First Class and Signed For service, which means that you'll usually receive your order within 1 to 3 working days from dispatch. 

We use a Signed For service to ensure safe and speedy delivery of our orders. The vast majority of our orders are shipped using Royal Mail, though we reserve the right to use a courier company at our discretion. 

The price of shipping that we charge on orders is a weight-based system and the exact price of shipping on your order will be calculated at checkout. 

Please note that we will cover any liability for any and all costs incurred by a customer caused by delayed, lost or misrouted orders that result in an error we make. 

International Shipping

All orders placed for delivery outside of the UK will be sent using Royal Mail's international shipping service. This means that you'll usually receive your order within 7 to 14 working days from dispatch.  

The price of shipping that we charge on orders is a weight-based system and the exact price of shipping on your order will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that we will cover any liability for any and all costs incurred by a customer caused by delayed, lost or misrouted orders that result in an error we make. 

Refund Policy

 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returning Items

Before returning any item(s), you must first contact us at teamnorsethunder@outlook.com and outline the situation. We'll then issue you with a Refund ID number, which you must include written on the outer envelope/parcel when you send your item(s) back to us.

To return your product, you should mail your product to Team Norse Thunder, 4B, High Street, Amblecote, Stourbridge, West Midlands, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first, please double check your account and then contact your credit card company or bank. There's often a period of processing time before a refund is posted to your account balance.

If you’ve done all of this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at teamnorsethunder@outlook.com. We'll be able to provide evidence of the timeline of your refund process and transaction information.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or we have incorrectly sent the wrong item(s) to you.

To exchange an item, please follow the same process as outlined in the above 'Returning Items' section of this Refund Policy.
