League of Legends Head Coach (Remote) APPLY NOW

Thu, Jun 30, 2022

Team Norse Thunder are looking to add a League of Legends Head Coach to our backroom staff! The Head Coach will be ultimately responsible for the roster they lead, and how it runs, but will be working alongside the org’s management to keep things on track.

This particular League of Legends roster gets together for practice three times a week and we’re looking for someone who can lead the roster. While rank doesn’t tell you everything about a player, the rank average across the players on the team is Gold/Silver.

As a League of Legends Head Coach you will be:

  • Planning and leading training sessions that help players improve their skills
  • Planning and leading VOD sessions for players to watch back their games
  • Leading the players through tournaments like Clash and our regular league
  • Supporting the players through the draft section of their tournament games
  • Giving feedback to players to help them identify areas for self improvement
  • Working with the org’s management to meet the org’s objectives

Please note that the position is a voluntary one - as an officially registered CIC, all of our esports staff are volunteers who are working to deliver change and value to our community and supporting people to help them take the next step in their lives as well as their gaming careers.

Anyone interested in the position should apply as soon as possible as we will be scheduling interviews soon.
