Thunder to Launch to Fortnite Roster

Team Norse Thunder has announced plans to launch its first Fortnite roster as the org looks to grow its esports division and expand beyond its flagship titles. 

Thunder’s soon-to-launch Fortnite venture will follow on from successful moves in League of Legends and Pokemon Unite - though an exact date for the launch hasn’t been set. 

Speaking about the team’s step into the world of Fortnite, Team Norse Thunder’s Dave Scotford said: “We’ve been looking at the game for a little while now and its just been a case of finding some good people to kick off our program with. I think we’re starting to get there now and so I’m really excited to see where we can go. 

“League of Legends and Pokemon Unite are massive parts of what we do, but by bringing Fortnite into the family of games we compete in… it feels like we’re really fleshed out and covering a lot of the bases that we want to. 

“Like I say, I think we have a really good group of people getting involved and it’s about replicating the Thunder DNA that we’ve built into our other rosters and getting that rocking in Fortnite.”
