Phoebe Belfield Joins Team Norse Thunder

Phoebe Belfield has officially joined Team Norse Thunder after more than a year of working behind the scenes with the team. 

Phoebe's TCG career has seen her build an incredible record of top ten finishes in every Pokemon TCG event she has ever played in, while she came within one ranking place of qualifying for the 2018 Exodus TCG World Championships. 

As part of her new role with the team, Phoebe will be hosting weekly streams on the Team Norse Thunder Twitch channel and her first broadcast - on 27th July at 19:00 BST - will see her playing Cardfight Vanguard Zero.   

The newest member of the team becomes the second of the Belfield family on the player roster - Phoebe's younger sister is already on the road to the next Pokemon TCG World Championships. 

Speaking about the deal, Team Norse Thunder's owner, Dave Scotford, said: "Phoebe has been working behind the scenes for a while now, doing everything from helping players get ready for events to building and looking after our community.

"Her record in both Pokemon and Edoxus TCG show she's a really solid player in her own right, and we're excited to have her on board exploring different games on our Twitch channel."
